Approach
Every business has its unique challenges and needs. My approach is to quickly understand those needs and advise where to put resources. From there, we can set a north star goal, build a roadmap and get growing.
Understand Context
What are your desired goals and how have you historically tried to attain them? Is there an idea that you’d like to flesh out before executing? Where would you like to be in three months, six months and one year?
This is where I can help. Whether your goals are traffic, subscriber or revenue-based, once I understand you and the context of your business, we can do great things.
Develop Talent
Before I discovered digital, I taught ESL overseas and I loved it. I still have that inner mentor in me, and I thrive when I can manage a team, large or small.
When developing talent, I discover what motivates people so I can put them in a position to thrive. Once that motivation and accountability are in place, the sky is the limit in terms of what a team can do.
Restore Systems + Processes
Call me strange, but there’s nothing I like more than a big mess to clean up. (That’s not to say I can’t build from the ground up…I can do that too.) But having the ability to restructure systems that aren’t functioning correctly is a personal favorite professional pastime.
I’ve had the opportunity to rebuild lifecycle marketing journeys to great success, overhauled paid programs and worked across teams to fix the problems that negatively impact a user’s experience.
Arrange + Organize
I’m most fulfilled when there are a lot of projects going on simultaneously working towards the common goal of growth.
I’ve been involved in team sports since I could hold a bat. I get a lot of energy from having participation across many different groups and at all levels of the organization.
Analyze + Optimize
If you don’t think an afternoon in front of a spreadsheet is a good time, then you don’t know what you’re missing!
Just kidding, it’s not for everyone.
From email metrics to Google Analytics, I love to find the stories in the data and present to my colleagues. Using that story to find opportunities for iteration, growth and scale is also a space where I thrive.
